THE WORLD'S BEST YOGURT-HERB
DRESSING
 
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. plain yogurt (I like Columbo brand)
Dill weed (fresh chopped or chopped in bottle)
Chopped chives, freeze-dried are fine
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
Parsley, chopped or dried flakes
Paprika

Mash up lumps and stir mayonnaise well before adding yogurt. Then add all other ingredients to taste. Use enough paprika to make a nice pink color.

You can delete any of the herbs or spices if you don't care for them or add extra if you like one or more in particular. Serve over your favorite salad greens.

Best if put into a Tupperware or jar and refrigerated then used the next day.

Will keep in refrigerator well over a week. Enjoy!
