CHILI CON CARNE 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 med. onions, sliced
1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 c. water
1 beef bouillon cube
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
2 tbsp. diced green pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 bay leaf
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. chili powder

Brown hamburger and onion in Dutch oven. Drain and add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Remove bay leaf.
