CARROT - YOGURT SQUARES 
BAR:

1 c. oil
1 c. plain yogurt
2 eggs
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. grated carrot
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. In a large bowl combine honey, oil, yogurt, eggs; beat well. Measure flour, level off and add baking powder, flour, salt, cinnamon to liquid; stir well. Stir in carrots, raisins and nuts. Mix well. Pour into pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool well and frost with cream cheese frosting. 36 bars.

FROSTING:

3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 to 3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together well.
