KREPLACH 
DOUGH:

4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. shortening
2 eggs

FILLING:

3 lbs. cooked beef (chuck)
2 tbsp. fat
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

DOUGH: Combine flour, salt and baking powder; sift. Add shortening and work in. In measuring cup, put eggs and add water to 1 cup and add to mixture. Cover. (Add water if necessary.)

FILLING: Grind cooked beef; add the fat and eggs, separated. Roll out dough thin, cut into circles and place small amount of filling in each circle and close by folding and pinching. Parboil 15 minutes. Add to soup or brown in skillet.
