PINEAPPLE COCONUT CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 lg. can crushed pineapple

ICING:

1 sm. can milk
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix first 7 ingredients together with a wooden spoon. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in a 9x13 pan.

Icing: Cook together in a saucepan milk, butter and sugar until thick (about 10 minutes). Add nuts, coconut and vanilla. Spread on hot cake.
