JIM'S CRANBERRY CAKE 
1 can cranberry sauce
3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk

Frosting:

1/2 cup butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 8oz pkg cream cheese; softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place cranberry sauce in a medium size mixing bowl and mash with potato masher, until completely mashed. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend with electric mixer until smooth.

Pour into a greased 9x13x2-inch baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes.

When completely cooled, frost with a cream cheese frosting.

Frosting: Mix all ingredients together with electric mixed until smooth. Frost your cake.
