CRANBERRY CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
2 c. ground cranberries
1 c. ground pecans or walnuts
1 tsp. lemon extract

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour bundt pan. Mix cream cheese, milk and lemon extract. Add cake mix. Beat 2 minutes. Add eggs and beat 2 minutes more. Mix sugar, cranberries and nuts. Add to batter; mix well. Pour into prepared cake pan and bake 1 hour until done. Cool 5 minutes in pan, remove and cool on wire rack.
