YANKEE FRIED RICE 
3/4 stick of butter
1 c. rice, uncooked
1-2 tbsp. onion flakes
2 c. hot water
3 chicken bouillon cubes

In a large skillet brown rice in butter. Add onion flakes, saute 1 minute. Dissolve bouillon in hot water. Add water mixture to rice. Boil - lower heat and simmer about 15-20 minutes or until water is absorbed. Serves 4.
