BROCCOLI SURPRISE | |
1 (13 1/2 oz.) jar artichoke pickles or marinated artichokes 1/2 c. butter, melted 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Dash garlic salt Dash Tabasco sauce or Worcestershire sauce 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cook using pig. directions) Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole. Slice artichoke pickles and layer on bottom. Combine butter, bread, cheese, and lemon juice. Stir in Worcestershire, garlic salt, and Tabasco. Add drained, cooked broccoli. Pour mixture over artichokes. Top with soda cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
