CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 head lettuce
2 c. salad dressing
1 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. sugar

Layer ingredients in large bowl in the order they are given above starting with cauliflower. Make this the day before and store in the refrigerator overnight. Then 1 hour before serving, take out and stir. Then stir again right before serving. This salad makes its own dressing.
