KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
2 c. drained cooked kidney beans
1/4 c. diced celery
3 med. dill pickles, chopped
1 sm. onion, minced
2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sour cream

Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise and sour cream. Combine mayonnaise and sour cream then add to bean mixture. Blend lightly. Chill thoroughly. May add grated cheese on top before serving if desired.
