PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 slices bread, crumbled

Mix ingredients together and put in a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 45 minutes or until browned on top.

Optional: Put melted butter, brown sugar and nuts on bottom of casserole dish before pouring in ingredients.

Without the brown sugar and nuts, this would be a good side dish for pork or ham. 4 to 6 servings.
