PINK AND WHITE DESSERT 
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 lg. angel food cake (day old cake is best)
10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries

Remove ice cream from freezer to soften. Mix gelatin with boiling water and chill until partially set. Break up cake into 2" pieces and put in large mixing bowl. Pour partially congealed gelatin over cake. Add frozen strawberries. Fold in ice cream. Pour into a tube pan and freeze. Slice to serve. For easy removal, put pan in hot water for a short time.
