CHICKEN WINGS SINGAPORE 
2 dozen chicken wings, cut in sections, discard bony piece
1 (5 oz.) bottle soy sauce
2 tsp. Dijon mustard (dark)
5 tbsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic, pressed or 1/4 tsp. garlic salt or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Mix all ingredients in flat pan. Put in wings and turn in sauce until well coated. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate 2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Baste while cooking.
