CHICKEN & DRESSING CASSEROLE 
Chopped onions & celery to taste
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farms stuffing mix
Sage to taste (optional)
Chicken broth
Chicken, cooked, cut into pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 sm. can evaporated milk

Saute onions and celery in skillet. Add to stuffing mix in a large bowl. Add sage; mix well. Add enough chicken broth for desired consistency. Place chicken in bottom of casserole. Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken. Cover with stuffing mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
