EL DORADO 
1 lb. ground beef
1 tbsp. diced onion
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans tomato sauce
1 c. sliced black olives
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. cottage cheese
1 sm. can diced green chilies
1 sm. pkg. cheese tortilla chips
1/2 lb. grated Jack cheese

Fry beef, drain, add olives, garlic salt, tomato sauce and onions to meat. Set aside. Crush chips, set aside.

Place half of chips in well-greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Add half of meat mixture, cover with half of sour cream, cottage cheese and chili mixture; sprinkle with half of grated cheese. Repeat layers. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
