1 egg
1 stick butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix

Mix ingredients and press into 9"x12" pan (greased). Sprinkle on 12 ounces chocolate chips. In another bowl mix 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese, 2 eggs and 1 box powdered sugar. Spread over chocolate chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Let cool and dig in!
