BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
Assemble the night before and refrigerate.

4 c. day old firm French bread cubed
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
10 eggs, lightly beaten
4 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. onion powder
Dash ground pepper
1/2 c. mushrooms
1/2 c. chopped peeled tomatoes
8 to 10 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)

Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange bread cubes and sprinkle with cheese. Beat together next 5 ingredients. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes. Cover refrigerator overnight. Bake at 325 degrees uncovered until set 1 hour.
