PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. chunky peanut butter
3/4 c. butter, soft
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven ungreased cookie sheet. Mix flour and baking soda separately. Beat peanut butter, butter, sugar, and vanilla until fluffy. Beat in eggs with mixer on low speed, gradually beat in flour mixture until well blended. Stir in chips, drop on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
