3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. peanut butter
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Shape into 1 1/2 inch balls and roll in granulated sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Press down with fancy bottomed glass. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
