MEATLESS HAMBURGERS 
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. walnuts, ground
1 c. uncooked oatmeal
3 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
1 tsp. sage
3/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients and form into patties. Brown in 2 tablespoons oil. Add 1/2 cup water, then cover and simmer until liquid is almost gone. Makes 8 patties.
