HAMBURGER GOO 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. catsup
2 tsp. flour
2 tsp. vinegar

Brown meat, celery and onions. Add fat if meat is lean. Add all other ingredients and simmer about 20 minutes. Serve on toasted butter buns.
