SKIP A STEP LASAGNA 
8 oz. lasagna noodles
1 lb. ground beef
28-32 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
12 oz. cottage cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Soak noodles in warm water (DO NOT COOK). Brown ground beef with garlic; drain fat. Add sauce and basil and oregano; set aside.
