MICROWAVE ONE STEP LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. water
8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
2 c. cottage cheese
3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt

Crumble ground beef into glass dish. Microwave on high for 5 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce, water and salt. Microwave, covered, on high for 5 minutes or until heated through.

Layer 1/3 of the sauce, 1/2 of noodles, 1/2 of the cottage cheese and 1/2 of the Mozzarella cheese in a 9 x 13 inch glass casserole. Repeat layers.

Top with remaining sauce and Parmesan cheese. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 30 minutes or until noodles are tender. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving. Yields 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
