DUTCH CASSEROLE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
1 c. peeled, cubed potatoes
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. diced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk
1/2 c. fresh or frozen peas
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Toasted bread crumbs

Put noodles in large bowl. Cover with boiling water, 10 minutes. Cook potatoes until soft, drain noodles and potatoes. Melt butter in skillet. Brown hamburger and onions. In large bowl, mix soups, milk, peas. Add noodles, potatoes, meat and onions. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well. Put in 9x13x2 baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Top with cheese and bread crumbs.
