ICED PINEAPPLE COOKIES 
1 c. shortening
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar, granulated
2 eggs
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
1 c. nuts (walnuts)
4 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat together shortening, brown sugar, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Drop by teaspoonsful on ungreased cookie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Icing: add powdered sugar to pineapple juice, spread on warm cookies.
