ALBONDIGHS "MEATBALLS" 
MEATBALLS:

1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. cooked rice
1 egg
Salt and pepper to taste

SAUCE:

1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. water
4 tbsp. oil for frying

Mix all meatball ingredients together. Form in 1-inch balls.

SAUCE: Saute onion in oil. Add tomato sauce, carrots, water. Bring to boil. Add meatballs. Simmer for 35 minutes.
