HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mushrooms, chopped
1 c. sour cream
2 c. hot noodles

Fry onion, mushrooms and beef in large frying pan until cooked. Drain off fat. Add seasonings and soup, stir until blended. Add sour cream. Keep warm but do not boil. Cook noodles. Stir into stroganoff.
