TACO BREAD CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
1 3/4-2 c. flour (may need more)
1 pkg. yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. warm water
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. crushed corn chips

TOPPING:

1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes

Brown hamburger with chopped onions. Simmer first 4 ingredients for 25 minutes.

Mix 1 cup flour and next ingredients except corn chips. Mix by hand until smooth. Add rest of flour, stir in corn chips and more flour to make a stiff dough.

Spread on well greased 10 inch pie pan, forming a rim. Cover, let rise in a warm place about 10 minutes (20 minutes for regular yeast). Spread meat filling over dough. Bake at 375 degrees for 30-35 minutes until edge is crisp and light brown. Sprinkle with cheese, lettuce and tomatoesa. Pass taco sauce.
