CAMARON REBOSADO 
15 fresh shrimps (about 4 inches long)
4 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
Oil
4 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste

Remove the shell of the shrimp (body, leave the tail). Cut the back part to remove black intestine. Salt to taste and soak in calamansi juice. Roll in flour. Drop the shrimp one by one in beaten eggs and fry in deep fat.
