MARINATED BROCCOLI 
3 bunches of fresh broccoli
1 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Carrots, mushrooms, cauliflower (optional)

Cut broccoli in small flowerets. (If using other vegetables cut into small pieces.) Mix remaining ingredients together and in a mason jar and shake well. Pour over broccoli (vegetables), cover and refrigerate for 24 hours. Baste from time to time. Drain and serve.
