LEMON CHICKEN 
2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
1 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
1 c. chicken broth
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. each of oregano, paprika, pepper, poultry seasoning & rosemary

Cut raw chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. Place flour, salt and pepper in a bag and drop chicken pieces in a few at a time. Fry chicken in butter until well browned. Pour in juice of lemon, chicken broth and seasonings. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Serves: 4 to 6.
