1 box yellow cake mix 1 egg 1 stick melted butter TOPPING: 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese Scant box of confectioners' sugar 2 eggs Mix the cake mix, butter, and egg together and press into 9 x 13 pan. Beat the topping ingredients together until very light and pour over first layer. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut into bars while still warm. | |

Divine! I substituted a dark chocolate fudge cake mix because...well, it was chocolate. Turned out great. The boys said they could eat it all day. Made a good EASY company dessert also. They too thought it was delicious. This is my new go-to cake dessert.
