CHEESE DANISH BARS 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 egg yolk, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar

In small mixing bowl combine cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla. Layer 1 package crescent roll onto greased cookie sheet. Smooth cream cheese mixture over rolls. Layer other package of rolls on top. Brush on egg white. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Simple and great!
