CHEESE DANISH 
2 pkgs. Pillsbury crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla

Line bottom of 9"x9" pan with 1 can of rolls. Beat cheese, sugar, egg yolk and vanilla until creamy. Spread on rolls. Place second can of rolls on top. Beat egg white until foamy. Brush on top of dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool and cut in squares.
