2 pkgs. Pillsbury crescent rolls 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 c. sugar (or less), if desired 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 egg white Open one package crescent rolls and lay in bottom of 13"x9" cake pan. (Makes bottom crust.) Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and lemon juice. Spread on bottom crust. Open other package roll and place on top for crust. Brush with egg white. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees until golden brown. |
