MARY'S VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 can Veg-All mixed vegetables
1 med. potato, cut in cubes
Onion to taste
Salt
Pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce, optional
Pinch of sugar
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1/2 c. macaroni
Cabbage, shredded to taste
1/2 lb. ground beef or leftover meat in small cubes

Brown meat if necessary. Add all other ingredients. Simmer over low to medium heat for about 30 minutes. Serve with corn muffins or corn bread. Don't use sugar if you don't use Worcestershire sauce.
