CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3 to 4 pieces chicken breasts, boned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
3 hard-cooked eggs
1/4 tsp. salt or more
1/4 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
2 c. crushed potato chips

Mix soup and mayonnaise. Flake chicken and mix with other ingredients (except 1/2 chips). Put in buttered casserole. (Put remaining chips over the top when ready to bake.) Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Use large long Pyrex. Serves 8.
