CHERRY CRUNCH PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust
1 lg. egg yolk, beaten
1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter, melted
1/3 c. quick cooking oats

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brush pie crust with egg yolk; bake until lightly browned. Combine pie filling, cornstarch and water and spoon onto crust. Combine sugar, brown sugar, flour, oats, and melted butter. Sprinkle mixture over pie filling. Bake 35 minutes.
