CORN SOUFFLE | |
1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. melted butter 1 can drained corn 3 beaten egg yolks 3 stiffly beaten egg whites Mix flour and butter. Add to corn. Add egg yolks and enough milk to cover, salt and pepper. (Optional - you may also add 1/4 cup cubed Velveeta cheese and 1/2 teaspoon onion flakes). Fold in egg whites just before putting into oven. Put in greased baking dish and bake one hour in moderate oven. |
