CHERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 (2-layer) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix together cake mix, egg and butter. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with cherry pie filling, sprinkle with almonds if desired. Cover with TOPPING made by blending one (8 ounce) package of cream cheese, 2 eggs and 1 pound powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Delicious!
