CHOCOLATE ECLAIR CAKE 
1 box graham crackers
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix milk and pudding as directed on package; let stand 10 minutes. Add Cool Whip to pudding and mix. Line sides and bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish with graham crackers. Alternate graham crackers - pudding - graham crackers - pudding - graham crackers; topping.

TOPPING:

1/2 box powdered sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 stick butter

Mix above ingredients and add enough water to mix and pour easily. Add to last layer of graham crackers. Refrigerate overnight.
