BEER DIP 
1 lb. hamburger (or more)
1 pkg. Chili-O mix
1 sm. can stewed tomatoes with peppers
4 green onions, sliced
1/2 to 1 can warm beer
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown hamburger; drain. Add Chili-O, tomatoes, green onions and beer. Simmer 10 minutes. Put in casserole dish, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
