JELLO SURPRISE 
4 eggs, separated
1 loaf angel food cake
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1/4 tsp. vanilla
1 (#20) can crushed pineapple
1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange Jello
1/2 tsp. sugar

In a 2 quart saucepan put can of pineapple with juice, 4 egg yolks and orange Jello. Bring to a boil on medium heat stirring often. Take off heat and place pan in a larger pan of cold water to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl whip 4 egg whites until peaks form then fold in pineapple mixture.

Cube angel food cake into 1/2 inch cubes. In a large serving bowl alternate layers of pineapple mixture and angel food cake cubes. Make sure to begin and end with pineapple mix.

Top with whipped heavy cream flavored with vanilla and sugar. Refrigerate.
