NON-FAT FRUIT SALAD DRESSING 
Juice and grated rind of one large orange (about 1/2 c.)
Juice and grated rind of one lemon (about 1/4 cup)
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar

Mix together in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Cook before using. Makes about 1 1/2 cups of dressing. Good when mixed with fresh or canned fruits. Will keep in refrigerator for about a week.
