2 sticks butter
1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. confectioners sugar
12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips

Place 2 sticks butter and 1 cup peanut butter in microproof bowl. Melt in bowl in microwave on high - 2 minutes.

Stir in 1 pound confectioners sugar. Spread in 9 x 13 glass cake dish. Sprinkle 12 ounce package chocolate chips on top. Microwave about 2 minutes to melt chocolate. Spread even and cool. Cut in small squares.
