MEAT AND POTATOES HOT DISH 
2 lbs. hamburger
4 to 6 potatoes
1 lg. can peas
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. bread crumbs
Melted butter
Garlic salt

Brown hamburger with diced onion, salt, and pepper. Put one half of this in a large casserole or Dutch oven. Slice a thick layer of potatoes over meat. Put peas over the potatoes. Pour on the soup. Add rest of hamburger. Next, grate a layer of cheese over the mixture. Top with bread crumbs mixed in butter (melted) and a small amount of garlic salt. Bake for 2 hours at 300 degrees.
