BAKED CHICKEN 
1 pkg. boneless chicken breasts
1 egg
1 tbsp. milk
1 c. instant potato flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. butter

Wash and dry chicken and set aside. Beat egg and milk in bowl. Mix potato flakes, garlic powder and grated Parmesan cheese in separate bowl. Roll chicken breasts first in egg and then potato mixture. Melt butter in shallow pan and roll chicken pieces in butter. Place skin side up in baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until chicken is done.
