1 beaten egg
1/4 c. lime juice
1/2 c. honey
Dash salt
Dash ground mace
1 c. dairy sour cream

In a saucepan, combine egg, juice and honey; cook and stir over low heat until mixture thickens. Blend in salt and mace; cool. Fold in sour cream. Chill. Serve with fresh fruit. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
