1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. lime juice
1/3 c. honey
Dash of salt
1 tbsp. rum extract
1 c. sour cream
Few drops green food coloring
Chopped nuts, optional

Combine egg, lime juice, honey, salt in small saucepan and cook over low heat. Stir in rum extract and food coloring. Cool. Fold in sour cream and chill thoroughly, sprinkle with nuts.
